Welcome to La Villeneuve Holiday cottages 

Our gite complex has been designed with

families in mind.  We have 9 acres of mature

woods and grassland upon which we have

large play areas, badminton, table tennis,

football nets, cricket, croquet & boule and

a LARGE bouncy castle

La Villeneuve has a large 3 bedroom

farmhouse, 6 two bedroom cottages, 2 three

bedroom cottages and a detached 3

bedroom chalet.

There are dozens of Beaches , all within a 10 to  30

min drive from us. There are long sandy beaches,

small coves, sheltered harbours and interesting rock

pools to explore.

The village of Riec sur Belon is a 15

min walk & has restaurants, bars,

boulangeries etc.

Riec sur Belon is known as the

Oyster Capital of france  & there are

beautiful views and walks around the

Belon river which is approx 20min walk  

from the complex

Our large outdoor pool is heated from

May to September and is alarmed and fenced

For our clients peace of mind, sercurity is a number one priority. Our eletric gates close at 10.pm and there is sercurity lighting around the complex.

The surrounding lands are fenced in and your children can wonder freely around the complex

and play with all the other children in a safe enviroment.
